How do I place my order?

To place your order follow the below steps:

  2. In ‘My cart’, you can either choose to continue to browse more items or proceed to confirm the order.
  3. To proceed with the order, you can create an account on the KARCOTRENDZ website or log into your existing account on the website itself.
  4. Once everything's good to go, proceed to Checkout, confirm your shipping address, select the desired payment method, and confirm the order.

How will I receive my Order?

  1. All orders will be shipped and delivered through leading logistics partners in fully sealed packages to ensure that they reach you in perfect condition.
  2. Please do not accept the package if it is tampered/broken.

How will I get confirmation that my Order is placed successfully?

  1. You will receive an SMS/WhatsApp and E-mail with details of your order and order number on a successful order placement.
  2. You’ll receive another email & SMS/ WhatsApp once your order is shipped out. All you have to do then is, sit back, relax, and wait for your awesome product(s) to arrive!
